Dispatch Information
All products in our stocks are shipped within 1-3 days. Our stocks are in our warehouse in Romania.
Shipping Cost
Our shipping fee for Romania starts from 15.99 RON and varies depending on the region. We also have a free shipping option for orders over 130 RON for Romania.
For shipments to other countries As you add products, a Shipping estimate will be shown in your cart. You may need to change your country and enter your postal/Zip code on the shopping cart page for an accurate estimate.
What is your return policy?
You may return a product for a refund or exchange (if due to our error) within 30 days of the order shipment date. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number (order number).
If We Shipped You the Wrong Product, or It Arrived Defective or Damaged
No problem. Just contact us within 30 days of the item’s original shipping date to arrange for the return of your purchase. Send us a photo of the wrong product, and we will send a replacement or refund you, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc., where applicable.
