TP4056 Micro USB Lithium Lipo Battery Charging Module
The TP4056 Micro USB Lithium Lipo Battery Charging Module is a high-quality device designed for charging 1-cell lithium batteries or parallel connected batteries. It is built with the TP4056 lipo charging chip, known for its precise charging capabilities and simple circuit structure.
Features and Specifications
- Constructed with Surface Mount Device (SMD) materials for durability and efficiency.
- Features a fully automatic charging mechanism for user convenience.
- Capable of self-regulating current, offering the flexibility to charge between 100mA and 1000mA. The default charging current is set at 1A, but can be adjusted by changing the resistance.
- Supplied voltage is received from the input pads on the USB or card. The test current can be measured by the input.
- Charging current should be 0.37 times the battery capacity. For instance, a 1A battery should be charged at 0.4A. Charging at high currents in a short time can potentially damage the battery.
- Equipped with a red LED indicator that illuminates during charging. Once charging is complete, a green LED indicator lights up.

Usage Guidelines
For optimal performance, use high-quality cables for supply and battery connections. Poor quality cables can affect the charging current due to resistance. Ensure the charging voltage does not exceed 5V as it can cause overheating and decrease the charging current. A 60-degree integrated temperature is considered normal. It is crucial to disconnect the load OUT terminal correctly. Misconnection of the positive and negative terminals can cause damage. When connecting the battery for the first time, there may be no voltage between the output OUT+ and OUT-. Connect a 5V voltage charge to activate the protection circuit. Note that the charger must be capable of outputting 1A or more when using a mobile phone charger input, or it may not charge. The power input is via the MICRO USB female and next - pads, with access to 5V. Connect the positive to the lithium battery at B+ and the negative at B-. Connect OUT+ and OUT- to the load, such as a mobile booster plate or other load. When the battery is connected to B+ B- and inserted into the USB female mobile phone charger, the red light indicates charging, and the green light indicates full charge.
