TP5000 Lithium Battery Charger Module 1A Li-ion Lipo LiFePo4 4.2V/3.6V

The TP5000 charging module is a versatile charging solution, similar to the TP4056, but with the added capability of charging LiFePo4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) batteries. To use, simply connect a 5V power source to the input, and the battery to the B+ and B- output terminals. The charging status is indicated by a red LED, which turns green once the charging process is completed.For charging 3.6V LiFePo4 batteries, the F jumper pad should be desoldered. For charging standard lithium-ion or LiPo batteries, the F jumper should be reconnected.

Adjusting Output Current

By changing the resistor beneath the “SANYA” label, the output current can be adjusted. The default setup includes an R100 resistor for a maximum output of 1A. Adding an extra resistor can increase the output (e.g., 1.5A with an additional resistor, 2A with a 0.1Ω resistor). For outputs above 1A, it is recommended to use a heatsink.
