The HT-NTC100K thermistor serves as a reliable temperature sensor component. This Negative Temperature Coefficient (NTC) Thermistor, model B3950, is equipped with a temperature measurement head of size 3 * 15mm. The thermistor provides stable temperature measurements and the upgraded HT-NTC100K can measure up to 350 degrees, effectively replacing the K-type thermocouple. This helps to address the strict wiring requirements of the K-type thermocouple and the long, interference-prone line that can lead to temperature fluctuations and impact printing quality.

Key Enhancements

Compared to other temperature resistances available in the market, the HT-NTC100K thermistor boasts several improvements:

1. The original ordinary temperature probe has been upgraded to a resistance package temperature measurement. This temperature measurement head, with a cylinder diameter of 3mm and length of 15mm, is compatible with the heating block that supports the thermocouple.
2. The temperature measurement range has been expanded from -50 ℃~ +250℃ to -50 ℃ ~ +320 ℃. This enhancement facilitates the printing of high-temperature filament and can replace the original K-type thermocouple temperature. For high-temperature filament printing, the HT-NTC100K thermistors are highly recommended.
3. The new version of the HT-NTC100K temperature measuring thermistor is made of 304 stainless steel. It features an internal temperature package to ensure maximum service life and precision temperature measurement.
4. The HT-NTC100K thermistor comes with a white high-temperature cord that can withstand higher temperatures. For user convenience, the wires are connected by a line, allowing customers to tear the wires according to their application. The high-temperature line is double the thickness of others in the market, reducing the risk of breakage.
5. Customization of different specifications is supported, including the temperature head cylinder size and the length of the wires (minimum order quantity is 100 sets).
6. The thermistor is compatible with the new version of the heater, which can heat up to 320 degrees.
