IRF520 MOSFET Driver Module – 1 Channel
The IRF520 MOSFET module is an easy-to-use driver designed for switching high-power DC loads using a microcontroller like Arduino or Raspberry Pi. It can control devices up to 24V and 5A through a single digital PWM signal.
