TP4056 Type-C Lithium Lipo Battery Charging Module with Protection

The TP4056 Type-C Protected Lithium Lipo Battery Charging Module is designed with charging protection to prevent battery overcharge and over discharge. It automatically controls the charging current to ensure optimal battery protection. The module features a type-c female interface and maintains input voltage solder joints for convenient DIY.

Instructions for Use:

The Type-C master and the +-pad on its side serve as the power input, accepting a 5V input voltage. The B+ and B- are the positive and negative terminals for the lithium battery respectively. The OUT+ and OUT- are used to connect the load, such as a roll-off board or other load.Connect the battery to B+ and B-, then insert the phone charger into the USB female seat. The red light indicates charging, while the blue light indicates a full charge. If power is connected, the current is sourced from the power supply output. If no power is connected, the current is sourced from the battery. If the battery voltage drops below 2.5V, the output is automatically turned off.

Important Notes:

• Upon first connecting the battery, there may be no output voltage. In this case, connect a 5V charge to activate the protection circuit on the power input.
• When using a mobile phone charger for power, ensure it can output 1A or more, otherwise normal charging may not occur.
• Disconnect the load on the OUT side during charging.
• This module only supports USB to USB-C charging. USB-C to USB-C charging is not supported.
