E3D V5 Heater Block for 3D Printer

The E3D V5 Heater Block is a replacement component designed for use in the E3D V5 hot end. It is compatible with both the 1.75mm and 3mm versions. This heater block is essentially a compact, machined aluminum block.
It features a CNC drilled and tapped thread that runs entirely through the top, which accommodates the V5 heat break and E3D nozzle. Additionally, it has CNC drilled holes designed to house the heater cartridge and 100kΩ 1% NTC thermistor.
The heater cartridge's role is to elevate the heater block's temperature to the required level. This, in turn, heats the hot end of the heat break and nozzle, facilitating the smooth extrusion of the filament. The thermistor's function is to measure and monitor the heater block's temperature, enabling precise closed-loop PID temperature control.
